Payment Terms/Methods:
Minimum stay: 3 nights. (For 2-night stays see our Escape The City promotion.) Check in 3:00 p.m., Check out 11:00 a.m. 50% due at time of reservation, the balance due 7 days prior to arrival. We accept cash, cheques, PayPal and money orders.
A $300 damage deposit is required when booking. To be reimbursed when owner is satisfied no damage has been incurred.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days notice of confirmed booking - full refund minus a $300 cancellation fee. Less than 30 days - no refund.
